We’re very excited to announce that our show this year will be held on Sunday, April 29th at 2 p.m.
The location will be announced next week and you’re going to love it!
How to Audition:
We are seeking a diverse collection of writers (or aspiring writers!) to read their own words about motherhood in the first annual Listen To Your Mother Northwest Arkansas.
Everyone is invited to submit their piece of work, even if you are not a mother — even if… you are a MAN!
Please email your own original (as in written by you) humorous, poignant, and soulful words about the beauty, the beast, and the barely-rested that is MOTHERHOOD (or any mother-person in your life.) Your piece should be roughly 5 minutes or less when read aloud.
Please send your essays to: LTYMShowNWA@gmail.com. Northwest Arkansas is using a 2-part audition process. The first step is submitting your essay. From the submitted essays we will contact those we wish to see at live auditions to be held at a time and location TBD.

Can we submit more than one essay with the understanding that only one might be chosen?

Yes. We are looking for a variety of stories. Share away. We want to make sure there are a wide variety of types of stories. Options are good.
