We’re so excited for you to meet Margaret. She is handling what so many of us have not yet. Can’t wait for you to hear her story! Jingle and jazz singer, clinical psychologist, actor, community volunteer, children’s choir director, and now very recently writer/blogger – all of these are passions that have energized and defined Margaret Rutherford’s life.  Add Mom, Wife, Daughter, Sister and Friend into the picture and you get what has been important.  Margaret coined the term “NestAche” after her only son left for college last year and has been blogging about the entire experience on her website www.nestache.com. What is there to say about Stephanie? Except that without her there is no local production of Listen To Your Mother. So the only thing really to say, is thank you. Stephanie McCratic is the founder and editor of EvolvedMommy.com, a lifestyle blog that empowers women to live life comfortably and efficiently with tech gadgets. Stephanie also manages social marketing for ecommerce powerhouse Acumen Brands, better known for their most popular store Country Outfitter. Cast Spotlight: Lauren Levine

Apparently this woman has been around Northwest Arkansas for some time, but I’ve just now had the pleasure to meet her. One more reason to love Listen To Your Mother. Please say hi to Lauren Levine! Lauren Levine is a native of Toronto living in NWA for 12.5 yrs. With a masters degree in expressive art therapy, Lauren has a deep appreciation for the healing potential of the arts. Lauren’s MA thesis entitled “Writing Home” explores the writers experience of  journaling. As as a wife, mother, therapist, educator and occasional performer, she  considers her son to be her most inspiring creation to date. Lauren is a therapist in private practice and teaches in the psychology department at NWACC. She writes on occasion and mostly in her head.  Lauren is delighted to be involved with LTYM. I first met this mother in a tiny sweltering room packed with yoga mats and humidity. I didn’t know her story then, but now I know a little more, and soon you will, too. Please welcome Courtney Kistler to the Listen To Your Mother family. Courtney Kistler is an avid fan of witty banter and great story telling. She has a degree in journalism from the University of Georgia and has worked in marketing, public relations and sales. She has lived in Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Connecticut, Illinois, Arkansas and now lives in the front seat of her SUV driving her kids around to school and activities. She enjoys practicing & teaching yoga, decorating & home design, cooking & entertaining, fall & football season and of course, wine & conversation.
